Sarah Quick, (formerly Bauer) grew up in the village of Coxsackie. She married her husband Calen in 2010 and they purchased a home on the very same street that she lived as a child. Sarah has worked in child care for the past 8 years, working as a nanny to a toddler and infant twins most recently. This past year Sarah and her husband welcomed their first son Zander.
JoAnne Adamo Conway is co-owner of Heart Land Realty a company in business since 1989. JoAnne started her real estate career at Heart Land. She has lived in Coxsackie her entire life and has three grown children and two grandchildren.
Jim Clark is a lifelong Greene County resident, He's known to many as the founder of Clark Respiratory. Jim's transition from healthcare executive to realtor is a natural: both fields demand exceptional people skills, the ability to inspire confidence and trust, and flair for negotiation.
Dolores has been with Heart Land since September 2004. She resides in Coxsackie with her 3 children and her husband James who is a New York State Correctional Officer. Dolores was raised in Staten Island, NY but fell in love with this area after her father a retired NYC Police Officer bought a home here. She decided to relocate to upstate NY in 1999.
Diane was born and raised in Coxsackie, New York. She and her husband, Jerry raised their 2 boys Colin and Chris in Diane's childhood home. Diane loves spending time with her grandson Mana.Diane has actively served clients for over 25 years through the Century 21 system. She is currently a member in good standing of the Greene County Board and Albany County Board of Realtors.
Barbara is a graduate of Hartwick College, in Oneonta, NY and Coxsackie-Athens Central High School.Barbara was born and raised in Coxsackie then moved to Freehold where she became an integral member of the Pleasant View Lodge family and staff. Barbara and her late husband, Ralph Schmollinger raised two accomplished sons, Erik and Arjay.
She moved to Greene County from New York City as a weekender in 1988 and now as a full time resident since 1997 has seen the changes in the real estate market in Upstate New York. Andrea is familiar with the housing market areas such as historic river village properties, as well as rural town living. Andrea can also help you with newer construction and lake and riverfront properties.
