Barbara  is a graduate of Hartwick College, in Oneonta, NY and Coxsackie-Athens Central High School.

Barbara was born and raised in Coxsackie then moved to Freehold where she became an integral member of the Pleasant View Lodge family and staff. Barbara and her late husband, Ralph Schmollinger raised two accomplished sons, Erik and Arjay.

She returned to Greene County following a 16 year residence in Warwick, NY where she served on the Committee for Special Ed for 14 years and was active in the Warwick United Methodist Church.

Having spent the majority of her life in the hospitality industry in the capacities of resort, golf course, inn and restaurant management Barbara looks forward to her new career in real estate bringing her expertise in customer service and unique knowledge of the county to her customers.
