an 1870 restored American Four Square in Village of Athens as a weekend home in 2011. A few years later
Joe and his partner Brooke moved here full-time after falling in love with the history, homes,
businesses and historic neighborhoods that comprise the region.
In 2015, Joe purchased a historic commercial building in the heart of Athens and opened a
popular French bistro, as his background for many years, was being an accomplished chef at
New York City’s top restaurants. He is also a Food Networks’ “Chopped” Champion and
currently serves as an upscale restaurant consultant.
